RS was expanded with a further size
Three years ago, VSE Volumentechnik GmbH brought the RS Series helical screw flow meters with rotor sensors to the market - for an especially high precision measurement mostly independent of viscosity and with lowest pressure losses. VSE now has expanded its series with a new size (RS 40). A measurement range of 0.04 l/min up to 40 l/min can now be covered with all advantages of the current RS Series.
RS Series used for high viscous media with filler content for the first time
The manufacturer of flow meters, VSE Volumentechnik, has brought his RS Series to a new level. For the first time, the helical screw sensor was applied for Araldite – an extreme viscous adhesive with 55% aluminium content.

A traditional Octoberfest in the Balver Cave – VSE celebrated its 25th Anniversary
Around 700 guests from all over the world were amazed when entering one of Europe’s largest cultural caves in Balve. Usually known as grey and cold, the cave was illuminated with bright warm colours. Several fairground stalls generated an atmosphere like on the original Octoberfest in Munich.

International Sales Meeting
Recently, employees of the Echterhage international subsidiaries met for a two-day Sales Meeting at the headquarter in Neuenrade. Besides the latest developments of VSE as the High temperature RS, Beinlich's newest pump VISCO.pump® was introduced to the guests.

Last Saturday, VSE celebrated its 25th Anniversary. As a part of the celebrations and before the big festivity in one of the largest cultural caves in Europe “Balver Höhle”, Christian Lindner, Federal Chairman of the German Free Democrats (FDP), spoke to invited guests in the lounge of the Echterhage Holding in Neuenrade.
New sizes in the RS Series
The next size of the new rotor sensor (RS) Series is now available from VSE. The standard version of the RS 2500 unit has a measurement range from 10 to 3000 l/min at operating pressures of up to 40 bar.
Transport case meets customer’s wishes
Flow meters often need to be transported to different places of operation, also as per air freight. This concerns, for instance, so called Master devices to calibrate flow measurement systems or devices which are needed at different production places. For the safe transport of flow meters and evaluation units, VSE Volumentechnik offers a range of transport case systems.
New test stand at VSE
In order to be able to cover the increasing requirement for calibration and the extended flow ranges of the RS volume sensors, investment has been made in a new test stand at VSE. The new facility has four self-sufficient testing positions with integral reference equipment and covers a range from 0.50 l/min up to 3,000 l/min with viscosities from 10 to 30 cSt. Calibrations are traceable back to national standards.
