New RS10 micro flow meter expands RS series

Its specialised rotor design, combined with a robust housing, allows for precise, low-resistance and pulsation-free measurement of medium to high-viscosity fluids – including single-component adhesives. The RS10 is designed for applications with limited installation space and is particularly well suited for use with progressive cavity pumps or in multi-component systems.

The new size builds on the proven connection concept of the RS standard series, enabling straightforward integration into existing systems. It also reliably captures multi-component processes and bi-directional flow events such as pulsations or backflows.

Compared to the smaller RS5 (pictured left), the RS10 covers a broader flow range, offering greater flexibility for applications where larger volumes need to be measured accurately – all while maintaining a compact design and high signal quality.
