Precise measurement of the smallest quantities

The RS5 is VSE’s first micro helical screw flow meter and measures flow rates from 0.25 ml/min to 1 l/min. It provides low-resistance, pulsation-free and gentle measurement with minimal pressure loss. With compact dimensions of 86 x 38 x 51 mm and a weight of just 700 g, it is particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space, such as plotter-like dispensing and handling systems.

To complement the series, the RS10 was developed to measure flow rates from 0.5 ml/min to 10 l/min at pressures of up to 250 bar. Its special rotor design within a robust housing ensures precise and consistent measurement even with medium to highly viscous liquids. The RS10 uses the proven connection concept of the RS standard series and can be easily integrated into existing systems. Both models are ideally suited for use with progressive cavity pumps or multi-component systems and reliably detect bidirectional flows, pulsations, and backflows.

The RS5 and RS10 therefore offer maximum accuracy and flexibility for dosing demanding media, all within a compact design.
